Job Profile:
- Data analysis and interpretation /on how the business is growing and what is lacking.
- Build strategies for growth of the business – top line as well as bottom line as per the gap analysis.
- Evolve region wise tac/cs for sales growth.
- Evolve plan for improving the length and depth of distribution network.
- Evolve “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI) for various functions mainly sales and distribution.
- Cascade and Monitor KPIs for achieving desired results.
- Evolve and Cascade of Standard Opera/ng Procedures (SOP) for various businesses of our Clients.
- Preparing of Agenda for various meetings of Top, Middle and Lower Levels of Management.
- Drafting Reports based on primary and secondary research data.
- Drafting and compiling Minutes of various Sales and Director Forum Meetings.
- Evolve primary market research plan.
- Conducting Market Research on pan India basis.
- Project progress appraisal to the Client as well as Chief / principle strategy consultant.
