Responsibilities:
- Reputation of the Cafe lies in hygienic, quality and taste of the food along with cleanliness, He is required to demonstrate high quality competence, cooking knowledge and skills
- He/She will be assigned to cook various dishes as per the Menu decided from time to time particularly Italian, Continental cuisine. He will be responsible for preparing all the ingredients required for the same.
- He shall follow correct recipes including measuring, weighing if required and finally mixing ingredients so that the dish comes out well.
- He shall ensure all the vegetables and meat items are cleaned properly before cooking.
- He shall maintain a safe, orderly environment conducive to Cooking.
- He shall maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of the area.
- He shall ensure all the perishable and other items are stored properly in appropriate places and rotated on time.
- He shall be open for feedbacks and ways to improve the taste.
- He shall be willing to take additional responsibilities as assigned by the outlet manager from time to time
