Strives to meet or exceed goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and
quarterly basis.
Report on daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
Strategize and own the entire sales cycle from identifying
opportunities to closure &
collections.
Understand innovspatial's offerings clearly to effectively
communicates with prospects.
Adding and maintain the list of new prospect database. A database
will be provided; however,
the candidate will be expected to add new prospects on his own as well.
Know and understand the assigned territory, buyer behaviour and buying cycles.
Prospecting (via cold calling, emailing and social networks)
To map an account and understand their business/buyer profiles (from
managers to CXOs)
Identify pain points, upcoming projects that can be handled using
innovspatial's competencies
Pitch innovspatial's services to the account and effectively engage
throughout the sales cycle. (via consistent and value-adding
follow-ups and POCs )
Qualify by BNTD and other new frameworks.
Present innovspatial value prop over telephone and web sessions to
CXO, VP/Dir and LOB Managers as per the account profiling
Working with internal teams to get SOW/Proposals in-line with client discussions
Negotiation/Closure
Address prospective/existing customers's needs and concerns.
Maintain clean and crisp records of all the activities, account details, deals and other information in the CRM.

Experience Requirements:Graduate and an MBA. Minimum 2 years of experience of Inside Sales/Lead Generation for international markets inthe engineering services, CAD and BIM domain Exceptional communication skills (especially engaging customers over phone, emails and LinkedIn). Organized, disciplined, and a 'Hunter' by choice. Should be open to making a high volume of calls on a daily & consistent basis. Hardworking and committed to the growth of themselves and the company. Ability to handle the typical "sales" pressure/stress. Put the needs and wants of the customer first, is loyal, honest& transparent to them.
