Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
- Serve fresh juices, smoothies, and snacks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
Juice and Smoothie Preparation:
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
- Handle and prepare fruit and vegetable ingredients efficiently and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice bar area.
Cash Handling:
- Process customer transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Ensure proper change and receipts are given to customers.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Alert the supervisor or manager when stock levels are low or when orders need to be replenished.
- Ensure that all ingredients are stored properly to maintain freshness.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the juice bar area, including equipment and countertops.
- Sanitize tools, equipment, and work surfaces regularly.
