Outsource your accounting and finance recruitment, not your accounting. We run the hiring function for finance teams that need accountants, controllers and analysts at volume: sourcing, screening, coordination and offer management, on your process and under your brand. Tell us the roles and the annual volume, and we scope a dedicated recruiting team.

Accounts outsourcing covers two different services that are routinely confused, and knowing which one you need saves a wasted conversation.
The first is accounting process outsourcing: a provider takes over your bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciliations and reporting. You hand over the work itself.
The second is accounting and finance recruitment outsourcing: a provider takes over the hiring of your finance staff. Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding all run through an external team, while the accountants themselves become your employees.
| Accounting process outsourcing | Finance recruitment outsourcing (what Alliance provides) | |
|---|---|---|
| What you hand over | The accounting work: bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciliations, reporting | The hiring of your finance staff: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers |
| Who does the accounting | The provider’s staff | Your own employees, hired through the programme |
| Who employs the accountants | The provider | You |
| Typical provider | Accounting or BPO firm | Recruitment firm running a dedicated team (RPO) |
| Best when | You do not want an in-house finance team | You are building or growing an in-house finance team |
Alliance provides the second. We do not provide the first. We do not keep your books or touch your financial records; payroll processing is available separately through our HR outsourcing services. We recruit the people who do, and where it makes sense we recruit them at scale as a managed function rather than one search at a time. This is our RPO model applied to finance.
If you are hiring a single accountant rather than building a function, our accounting recruitment consultants page is the right starting point.
Most finance hiring fails on volume, not on difficulty. One controller search is manageable. Fourteen accountants across four countries in a year, alongside your day job, is not. The usual response is to add agencies, which multiplies coordination without improving quality. We take the function off your desk instead, and hold one team accountable for the whole pipeline rather than for individual placements.
What It Costs:
Outsourced finance hiring is priced on the volume, roles and markets you need covered, and the fee structure is agreed in writing before the programme starts. The economics work above roughly eight to ten finance hires a year. Below that, individual searches cost you less and we will say so. We quote after scoping your annual volume.
How Long It Takes:
Programme setup covers process mapping, employer-brand alignment and system access, and its timeline is agreed with you at scoping. Once a role brief is agreed, shortlists typically arrive within 24–48 hours, and time-to-shortlist improves further once the pipeline is warm, which is the main compounding benefit over agency-by-agency hiring.
Named recruiters assigned to your account who learn your systems, your finance function and your hiring standard, rather than a rotating pool working your roles alongside forty others.
Candidates are approached as your opportunity, not as an agency listing. For finance hires in competitive markets this materially changes response rates, because senior finance candidates respond to employers and ignore agencies.
We agree the technical and qualification bar up front, including which certifications count in which market, and every shortlisted candidate arrives with an assessment note against that bar.
Finance teams rarely sit in one place. We recruit across the Gulf, India, Africa and Southeast Asia through a single programme rather than a different agency per country. See our Kuwait recruitment capability as an example of in-country depth.
Weekly reporting on pipeline, time-to-shortlist, offer-accept rate and cost per hire. Most finance leaders cannot currently answer what their hiring costs them, because it is spread across several agencies.
Every hire we make joins your payroll as a permanent employee. For contract accountants or interim finance cover, see our contract staffing service. We do not provide accounting services ourselves.
We establish your annual finance hiring volume, the role mix, the countries involved and what your current hiring actually costs across all agencies. If the volume does not justify an outsourced model, we tell you at this stage.
We map your current hiring process, agree the screening bar per role type, align on employer-brand messaging, and set up reporting. This is the phase that determines whether the programme works.
The dedicated team begins sourcing against agreed role profiles. First shortlists arrive within this window, with assessment notes against the documented standard.
Once pipelines are warm, new requisitions move faster because candidate relationships already exist. This is where an outsourced model separates from transactional agency hiring.
We review time-to-shortlist, offer-accept rates, cost per hire and attrition of placed candidates, and adjust the screening bar or sourcing markets accordingly.
We maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring roles, refresh priority talent pools and flag market changes that could affect your future hiring needs.
Tell us how many accountants, analysts or finance professionals you expect to hire each year. We’ll assess your volume, hiring process and markets, then show you whether outsourced finance recruitment makes commercial sense.
Accountants, senior accountants and accounts executives, the highest-volume category in almost every programme we run.
Financial controllers, reporting managers and consolidation specialists, where statutory framework experience narrows the pool sharply.
Cost accountants and management accountants for manufacturing and industrial clients, a persistently short-supply category.
Internal audit, compliance and risk roles where regulatory familiarity is the binding constraint rather than technical accounting skill.
High-volume transactional finance teams, where consistency and retention matter more than seniority.
Finance directors, heads of finance and CFOs. For confidential leadership mandates see our finance executive search practice.
The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. One of our main finance hiring regions.
The deepest chartered accountant and finance talent pool we recruit from, and the primary source market for Gulf finance hiring.
Kenya, Tanzania and neighbouring markets, where finance hiring frequently combines local and expatriate sourcing.
We recruit finance staff for accounting BPO firms, including UK and US process teams based in India. Their clients are our clients’ peers, and we do not compete with them.
Roles sit open, quality is inconsistent, and nobody owns the number because it is spread across four agencies.
The most expensive person in the function is screening CVs, and the opportunity cost does not appear on any line of your budget.
20 or 40 finance roles in a new location on a fixed timeline, in a market where you have no employer brand.
Agency fees, advertising, internal time and vacancy cost are spread across departments and nobody has ever totalled them.
You are rehiring the same roles every eighteen months, which is usually a screening or expectation-setting failure rather than a market problem.
You deliver finance processes for clients and your growth is capped by how fast you can hire qualified accountants.
Gulf and India Finance Recruiting Depth
The Gulf-to-India finance corridor is one of the main routes we recruit on, with recruiters working both the Gulf and Indian candidate markets.
We Tell You When Outsourcing Is the Wrong Model
Below roughly eight to ten finance hires a year the economics favour individual searches, and we will point you at our accounting recruitment consultants instead of selling you a programme.
Reporting Built for Finance Leaders
Cost per hire, time to shortlist, offer-accept rate and placed-candidate retention, reported weekly. Finance buyers expect to be able to audit a number, and most recruitment reporting cannot survive that.
Named Recruiters, Assigned Not Pooled
Your programme has named people on it who learn your function, rather than a shared queue.
We Recruit for Accounting Firms, We Are Not One
We have no accounting services division, so we are never competing with your finance function or your outsourcing provider for the same work.
The honest reason most finance hiring underperforms is that nobody owns it end to end. The finance director owns the requirement, HR owns the process, three agencies own fragments of the pipeline, and no single party is accountable for time-to-hire or quality. Adding a fourth agency does not fix that. Removing the fragmentation does.
What an outsourced model actually buys you is a warm pipeline. When the same team has been sourcing accountants in your markets continuously for six months, the fourteenth hire is faster than the first, because the relationships already exist. Transactional agency hiring resets that clock on every requisition, which is why cost per hire never improves no matter how many agencies you add.
We were hiring accountants regularly across multiple locations, and our internal HR team was spending too much time coordinating separate agencies. Alliance gave us one recruitment team to manage the pipeline, which made the process much easier to control. The candidate quality was consistent, and we had better visibility throughout each hiring round.
Our finance team was growing quickly, and we needed to hire several accountants without building a larger internal recruitment function. Alliance took over the sourcing and screening while keeping the final hiring decisions with us. It reduced the workload on our managers and helped us keep multiple vacancies moving at the same time.
We had a year with significantly higher finance hiring demand than usual and did not want to manage multiple recruitment agencies for every vacancy. Alliance understood the roles, built a repeatable hiring process and kept communication organised across the searches. Having one team accountable for the whole recruitment pipeline made a noticeable difference.

No. We do not provide bookkeeping, reconciliations, statutory accounts or any accounting service. Payroll processing is available separately through our HR outsourcing services. We recruit the people who perform that work, as permanent employees of your business.
An agency fills individual roles transactionally. An outsourced programme takes over the hiring function: a dedicated team, your process, your employer brand, continuous pipeline building, and reporting on cost per hire and time to shortlist across all finance roles.
Roughly eight to ten a year. Below that, individual searches are cheaper and we will recommend them rather than a programme.
Fees depend on your annual volume, the roles and the markets, and the structure is agreed in writing before the programme starts. We quote after assessing your annual volume.
Setup time is agreed with you at scoping. Once a role brief is agreed, shortlists typically arrive within 24–48 hours, and they get faster as pipelines warm up.
Accountants, senior accountants, financial controllers, cost and management accountants, audit and compliance staff, payroll and accounts payable teams, and senior finance leadership up to CFO.
Yes. Multi-country finance hiring through one programme is our core use case, with the Gulf, India and East Africa as our highest-volume regions.
Yours. Every placement joins your payroll as a permanent employee. We do not employ them, second them, or retain any ongoing commercial interest in them.
Yes, separately. Placements made through the outsourced finance hiring programme are permanent, and contract accountants or interim finance cover are supplied through our contract staffing service.
Yes. We recruit finance staff for accounting BPO providers, including UK and US process teams based in India. We have no accounting services division, so we never compete with our clients.
Weekly pipeline reporting covering time to shortlist, offer-accept rate, cost per hire and retention of placed candidates, with a full recalibration review every twelve weeks.
