Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

2. Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.

3. Sales Strategy

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.

4. Sales Reporting

• Track and report sales performance, including key metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.

5. Customer Service

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with products or services.

6. Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
• Work with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales are welcome.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
