Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence across North and South America.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Masterbatches, Additives, Compounds, and Resins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide periodic updates on performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in the plastics and polymers industry, with a focus on Masterbatches, Additives, Compounds, or Resins.
- Education: A technical degree in Plastics or Polymers is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of plastics and polymer products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Location: Must be based in the United States and willing to travel extensively across North and South America.
