JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Handle GST-related work, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors as required

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST compliance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Tally (ERP)
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Basic understanding of GST laws and compliance
• Knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances (preferred)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
