Required Qualifications Graduation is not mandatory. Specialized certification or professional training in Watchmaking / Horology is preferred. Formal training from a recognized watchmaking institute will be an added advantage. 6. Must-Have Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in watch servicing and repair. Strong knowledge of mechanical, quartz, and automatic watch movements. Expertise in dismantling, assembling, cleaning, lubricating, and regulating watches. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex watch movement issues. Strong knowledge of watch components and repair techniques. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work with precision tools and delicate components. Experience handling high-end or luxury watches. Strong understanding of quality standards and finishing. Basic understanding of English. Ability to communicate in Hindi. 7. Preferred Skills Specialized certification in Watchmaking or Horology. Experience working with luxury or premium watch brands. Knowledge of advanced mechanical and automatic movements. Experience in watch restoration and refurbishment. Knowledge of water-resistance testing. Experience with chronograph and complex watch movements. Familiarity with modern watch repair equipment and diagnostic tools.

Primary Responsibilities :
Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, quartz, and automatic watches. Perform complete watch servicing, dismantling, cleaning, lubrication, assembly, and testing. Diagnose movement-related issues and identify faulty or damaged components. Repair and restore mechanical and automatic watch movements. Replace defective components, batteries, straps, crowns, crystals, and other watch parts as required. Perform timing adjustments and accuracy testing. Conduct water-resistance and functionality checks where applicable. Ensure proper cleaning and finishing of watches after servicing. Handle high-value and luxury timepieces with utmost care and precision. Maintain detailed service records and repair documentation. Ensure all repaired watches meet required quality and performance standards before delivery. Follow proper workshop procedures and maintain tools and equipment. Coordinate with the service team regarding repair requirements and timelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
