Relationship Manager

Client Acquisition & Business Development Source and acquire new clients for fund, loan, and financial service products. Identify potential clients through calls, references, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant team for suitable solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Work towards achieving assigned business and client acquisition targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain professional relationships with clients. Handle client queries and provide timely responses. Follow up on documentation, applications, and business requirements. Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth client coordination. LinkedIn & Social Media Management Manage the company's LinkedIn profile and other social media platforms. Create and publish relevant posts and business updates. Respond to enquiries and engage with potential clients. Generate leads through LinkedIn and other social media channels. Support client and team-member sourcing through social media platforms. Team Support & Coordination Support the team in sourcing new clients and potential team members. Coordinate with team members regarding leads, follow-ups, and business activities. Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. Assist with documentation and day-to-day business coordination.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities. Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Word, and MS Excel. Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media platforms for lead generation and sourcing. Target-oriented and proactive approach. Good coordination and organizational skills. Willingness to learn financial products and business processes. 7.
