Prepare authentic North Indian and South Indian cuisine. Manage daily kitchen operations independently. Plan and prepare meals according to household requirements. Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene. Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, and day-to-day requirements. Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Prepare additional cuisines such as Chinese, Pizza, Burgers, and other Continental/fast-food items as required. Manage cooking responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications Relevant professional experience as a Chef/Cook. Formal culinary qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong practical cooking skills are essential. Must-Have Skills Excellent North Indian cuisine skills. Excellent South Indian cuisine skills. Ability to independently manage day-to-day kitchen requirements. Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Good ingredient handling and kitchen management skills.
