Primary Responsibilities :
This is a full-time on-site role located in Port Blair for a Service Engineer at Diagnosys Electronics (I) Private Limited.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and provide technical support to customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues, providing effective solutions to restore functionality
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive services to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of services
- Document service activities, including problem diagnosis, repair, and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate inventory of service parts and equipment
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of digital and analog circuits
- Understanding of the working of complex components
- Circuit simulation
- Assembly language and C language
- VXI/LXI/PXI/GPIB instrument programming
- VHDL language
- Linux/Unix/Window knowledge
- Knowledge of instruments, IEEE commands
- Knowledge of electronic equipment
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in electronics service, maintenance, and repair
