Service Engineer - Electronics

This is a full-time on-site role located in Port Blair for a Service Engineer at Diagnosys Electronics (I) Private Limited.

• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and provide technical support to customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues, providing effective solutions to restore functionality
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive services to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
• Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of services
• Document service activities, including problem diagnosis, repair, and follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate inventory of service parts and equipment

• Understanding of digital and analog circuits
• Understanding of the working of complex components
• Circuit simulation
• Assembly language and C language
• VXI/LXI/PXI/GPIB instrument programming
• VHDL language
• Linux/Unix/Window knowledge
• Knowledge of instruments, IEEE commands
• Knowledge of electronic equipment

• 2-3 years of experience in electronics service, maintenance, and repair
• Understanding of digital and analog circuits
• Understanding of the working of complex components

• Assembly language and C language

• Linux/Unix/Window knowledge
