General Statement of Responsibilities:
The Bakery Head should have experience in making Whole Wheat Bread and Sourdough Bread. This position is responsible for the development of new products, stock inventory, people management, hygiene management, and production management, ensuring customer requirements are identified and fulfilled.
Duties:
Develop new products
Plan the production schedule
Ensure proper training for team members
Manage inventory
Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reports
Ensure regular maintenance of the machines
Experience Requirements:

Experience Required
Degree: Hotel Management (preferred) with a specialization in Bakery Science
Knowledge in:
Types of flour and their relevance
Particle size of the flour
Oxidation, Hydration, and Fermentation processes

Steaming relevance
Diagnosing reasons for baking failures
