Primary Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and oversee service and repair .
- Technical support service after sales to customer.
- Demonstration and installation of devices/equipments.
- Use of electrical and optical tests equipment.

- Educate customer about the various features of IPG products in line with service team guidelines
- Act and behave in line with the guiding principles of IPG Photonics
- Responsible for /control/clearance and forwarding of products and proper recording of the usage
Desired Skills:
Practically done of Board replacement of PLC / PCB or Control Card , and done work on Welding application (Preferably sheet metal industry)
Experience Requirements:
Fresher and 2-4 year preferred
