Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic B2B Project Sales Candidate with a passion for Professional lighting Solutions. Responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities : - Generate new B2B Project leads and convert them into customers.- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their lighting needs.- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate contracts.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Preferred Candidate Profile:- - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in lighting industries.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Understanding of lighting technologies and energy-efficient solutions.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, target-driven & target achievement & a high performer.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.   Should have experience in Project sales in segment of Builders, Architects ,Mep consultant and lighting consultant.
