Tender Executive

Position: Tender Executive
Experience: 2+ years
Education: B.E
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

• Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on technical specifications.
• OEM Coordination: Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for technical details and pricing.
• Technical Specifications: Verify and ensure technical specifications meet project requirements.
• BOQ Understanding: Interpret and understand Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided by customers.
• Quotation Submission: Prepare and submit quotations for projects.
• Tender Submission: Manage and submit tenders on Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and other relevant portals.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess technical expertise in CCTV systems, Networking, RFID, Video systems, etc.

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CCTV, Networking, RFID, and Video systems.
• Portal Experience: Familiarity with tendering processes on GEM and other procurement portals.
• Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate documentation throughout the tendering process.
• Negotiation: Basic negotiation skills to discuss pricing and terms with OEMs and suppliers.

• Previous experience in tender management, particularly in electronics or IT products.
• Familiarity with GEM Portal and Ariba Portal for tender submissions.
• Ability to manage tender processes from start to end efficiently.
