Job Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales of textile products – fabric, bed sheets, T-shirts, uniforms, etc.
- Achieve business/sales targets through retail, distributor & dealer network, corporate and institution sales.
Channel Handling:
- Manage distributor and wholesaler sales.
- Develop retail channels, dealers, and distributors network.
- Maintain cordial relationships with distributors and dealers to maximize revenue.
Team Management:
- Handle channel sales team and distributor sales team.
- Provide excellent service to dealers for better coordination.
Stock and Data Management:
- Maintain stock levels at distributor and dealer points.
- Conduct data analysis and micro market analysis for sales growth.
Customer Service:
- Address after-sales service issues.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop marketing and POP distribution plans.
- Plan and execute events and campaigns.
- Promote new qualities by providing brief knowledge of specialties to wholesalers and retailers.
