Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Oversee the use of Shipping ERP systems to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with Shipping ERP systems.

Requirements:

• Valid Saudi Arabian Driving License.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
• Immediate availability for joining is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
