What you will do

• Experienced in purchasing all materials required for completing a residential and commercial project from commencement to possession.
• Experienced in working within set systems and processes.
• Assist seniors in decision making by providing data-based insights.
• Facilitate category review of all spend categories across packages and communicate to management.
• Experienced in planning purchase in advance as per planned schedules.
• Expert in negotiation of all material required to complete a residential or commercial project from start to finish.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders like accounts, taxation, site construction, IT support, etc. for resolution of critical vendor issues.
• Exploration of new vendors and expansion of existing vendor base to increase competition for procurement cost optimization.
• Other miscellaneous short-term assignments may be allocated as per team requirements.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement in the real estate industry.
• Strategic Manager with strong Interpersonal & communication skills, ability to establish strong alliance and drive project to successful completion.
• Maintain product knowledge, competitor knowledge and a strong understanding of the industry landscape at all times, percolating the same to the entire team.
