Plant P&A Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Plant P&A Management:

   • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement.

2. Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance:

   • Handle complex IR matters, negotiate with unions, and resolve conflicts.
   • Ensure strong adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.

3. HR Strategy & Execution:

   • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the plant's operational goals.
   • Foster a positive organizational culture and drive workforce productivity.

4. General Administration:

   • Manage day-to-day administrative functions including facilities management, security, and transportation for employees.

5. Legal & Statutory Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, factory laws, and environmental norms.

6. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):

   • Ensure implementation of EHS policies and procedures, and compliance with safety standards.
   • Conduct regular safety audits and drive a culture of safety across the plant.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Full-time MBA/MSW/LLB
• Experience: 15-20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with extensive experience in end-to-end Plant P&A functions.
• Core Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) and Compliance.
  • Deep understanding of HR Strategy and General Administration.
  • Knowledge of Legal & Statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in EHS management.

Salary:

INR 16-20 Lakhs per annum.

Preferred Industry:

Candidates with a background in the manufacturing sector are highly preferred.
