Production Supervisor

1. Production Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met and that products are delivered on time.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.

2. Staff Management:

• Supervise production staff.
• Schedule and manage production team shifts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.

3. Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the boutique’s standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

4. Inventory Management:

• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.
• Work with the production team to develop and refine production techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

6. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Coordination and Communication:

• Liaise with designers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate production status and any issues to management.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand product specifications and requirements.

• Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
