Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance and control processes in line with industry standards and company policies.
- Inspect and test Mechanical Seals as per API 682 standards.
- Ensure that products meet quality and manufacturing standards, while adhering to all ISO requirements.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with API-682/610 and ISO standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and test plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Prepare detailed test reports and certification for customer approvals.
- Implement and oversee all new ISO audits.
- Maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction, ethics, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Seals and pump testing.
- Strong knowledge of API-682/610 and ISO standards.
- Familiarity with Seal Systems and their testing requirements.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply technology in identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certifications such as CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or Six Sigma are a plus.
