Job description
Combination Skills
- Candidates with combined skills in massage therapy, facial treatments, and hair styling are highly preferred and eligible for an incentivized salary package.
- Bonus: Experience in manicure and pedicure services.
What you will do
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in:Swedish Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Ventosa (Cupping Techniques)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in:Hydro Facial (must know how to use the Hydrotherapy machine)
- Diamond Peel Facial (Ionthophoresis)
- Pricking for whiteheads/blackheads and application of mask
- (Bonus) Using cautery machine for wart removal, etc.
- Proficiency in:Men's and women's haircuts
- Styling women's hair
- Hair rebonding
- Hair treatments
- Keratin treatments
- Brazilian hair treatments
- Hair spa treatments
- Base Salary: $350 USD
- Incentive: 5% of any treatment performed (e.g., 200 INR per 4,000 INR massage)
- Base Salary: $500 USD
- No incentives
- All tips are retained by the employee (ranging from 300 to 3500 INR per massage)
- Lodging provided
- Water bill covered
- Electricity bill covered
- Cooking gas provided
- High-speed internet covered
- Flight ticket to our country provided
- Return flight ticket every two years
- Contract validity: 2 years
- All government permits, visas, and paperwork covered by the company
- Access to a family doctor
