Detailed Work Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless, efficient, and scalable operations while delivering a first-class shopping experience for our customers. This role involves managing day-to-day operations such as inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee all ecommerce operations from product sourcing to delivery, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking; liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery while minimizing errors and delays.
• Customer Service Collaboration: Work with customer service teams to quickly and efficiently resolve ecommerce-related customer issues.
• Vendor & Third-Party Relationships: Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
• Platform Management: Oversee the technical aspects of the ecommerce platform, ensure it operates efficiently and securely, and coordinate with IT and development teams for troubleshooting and updates.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping speed, and customer satisfaction; use insights to optimize operational processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the ecommerce operational workflow and implement solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Budget Management: Manage the operations budget, ensuring costs are controlled without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and product safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 7 to 8 years of experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), order management systems, and logistics software.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Leadership:
  • Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide operational solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.

Contract Duration:

• Minimum 2 years

• 2500 BHD to 3000 BHD per month
