Job description
Project Details:
- Location: Rajeev Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi-Maan Phase 3.
- Plot Size: 12,000 sqm.
- Construction Area: 950,000 sq ft, including underground parking.
- Type: Ultra-modern commercial multi-purpose premises with retail at the ground floor.
- Architect: Conceptual architect from Singapore.
- Duration: 24-30 months.

What you will do
- Project Responsibility: Oversee the delivery of the project within the stipulated budget, schedule, and specified quality standards.
- Coordination: Work closely with architects and consultants to prepare designs, drawings, tender documents, etc.
- Marketing and Tender Process: Coordinate with the marketing team to lead the tender process and assist in finalizing various contracting agencies.
- Team Building: Assemble and manage a suitable team to execute the project, including both internal and external agencies.
- Financial Oversight: Certify bills and invoices from agencies.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the developer on the progress of the project.
- Project Leadership: Lead the construction project to successful completion.
