Banquet Decoration Boy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Setup & Decoration:

   • Assist in setting up the banquet hall for various events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
   • Decorate the venue with flowers, drapes, lighting, and other required materials as per the theme or client's specifications.
   • Ensure all decoration elements are securely placed and organized to avoid any accidents during events.

2. Assisting the Decor Team:

   • Work in coordination with the lead decorator and team to execute the design plan efficiently.
   • Carry and transport decoration materials, ensuring they are used appropriately.

3. Venue Arrangement:

   • Prepare and arrange tables, chairs, stage setups, and other furniture.
   • Ensure the venue layout is in line with the event's requirements and customer expectations.

4. Maintenance & Cleanliness:

   • Ensure that the banquet hall is clean and neat during the decoration process.
   • Remove decoration materials after the event, ensuring the venue is left in excellent condition.

5. Customer Interaction:

   • Occasionally interact with clients to ensure their expectations are met in terms of decoration and venue setup.
   • Provide assistance with any additional decoration needs during events.

6. Safety & Compliance:

   • Follow all safety protocols while setting up and decorating the venue to prevent accidents or injuries.
   • Ensure all materials used for decoration comply with safety regulations, especially with lighting and electrical components.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in event decoration or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for designing beautiful setups.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on the event schedule.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy decoration materials.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the decoration team and clients.

Working Conditions:
