Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service, installations, and technical support for all clients in the assigned territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
- Perform routine maintenance on copiers and diagnose issues.
- Repair copiers and other office equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Order and replace necessary parts to ensure functionality.
- Train clients on the effective use of copiers and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and work performed.
- Complete ongoing or pending tasks before the end of the shift if initiated within working hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Ricoh Multi-Function Print Services (MFPS).
- Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing Ricoh copier systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining service logs and managing parts inventory.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: KWD 350 - KWD 450
- Duty Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
- Food: Provided or allowance-based.
- Overtime: Paid as applicable.
- Contract Period: 3 years.
