KOFAX Total Agility (KTA) Specialist and Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced KOFAX Total Agility (KTA) Specialist with 10 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions for document and process automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the KTA platform to streamline workflows, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

1. Design and Implementation:

   • Develop and deploy KTA solutions for automated document capture, classification, and workflow management.
   • Configure and customize workflows to meet business-specific requirements.

2. System Administration:

   • Perform system administration tasks, troubleshooting, and provide technical support for the KTA platform.

3. Collaboration and Consultation:

   • Work closely with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
   • Provide guidance on process automation and optimization using advanced KTA features.

4. Training and Documentation:

   • Conduct user training sessions and develop technical documentation.
   • Ensure adherence to best practices in KTA deployment and maintenance.

5. Platform Optimization:

   • Monitor and implement KTA updates, patches, and new functionalities to maximize system performance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in:
  • KTA configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Managing document management systems and process automation workflows.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in KTA platform upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
  • Ability to design and implement robust workflows that align with business objectives.

• Location: Kuwait
• Duty Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
• Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000
• Contract Period: 3 Years
