Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development:
- Develop and implement process models using industry-standard tools such as BIC, ARIS, or IBM Blueworks Geiom.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Risk Assessment and Compliance:
- Collaborate with the GRC team to assess risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Process Re-engineering:
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Guidance:
- Provide training and guidance to business units on best practices in process modeling and GRC.
- Documentation and Governance:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in process management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in process modeling and GRC, with proficiency in tools like the BIC Platform or similar.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Employment Details:
- Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000 per month.
- Duty Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
- Contract Period: 3 years.
