Sr. Project Engineer – Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage electrical engineering aspects of projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
2. Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines and budgets.
4. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies following Nebosh safety standards.
5. Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
6. Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and specifications.
7. Manage project documentation, including design drawings, technical reports, and progress updates.
8. Ensure adherence to project management principles as per PMP guidelines (if certified).
9. Address and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Certifications:
   • Nebosh certification for Safety Officer (mandatory).
   • PMP certification (preferred).
3. Experience:
   • Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
   • Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects with thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards (mandatory).
4. Technical Skills:
   • Proficient in electrical system design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
   • Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety regulations.
5. Other Skills:
   • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
   • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
