Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Managers to drive motor insurance sales via the Agency Channel (POSP Model).
- Build and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and Area Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit Point of Sales Persons (POSP) and generate business through them.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to processes for effective sales management.
- Conduct performance reviews for team members and implement strategies to improve output.
- Achieve consistent sales performance by leveraging management and monitoring capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to guide team operations effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Train and motivate the POSP network and the team to achieve business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in general insurance, particularly in motor insurance sales.
- Strong background in team management within the agency channel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a portfolio of INR 10 to 100 crores in monthly premiums.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
