Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed export sales targets.
- Define clear business goals aligned with market opportunities in the assigned region.
2. Negotiation and Business Development:
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close high-value deals while building long-term client relationships.
- Identify potential business opportunities in textile centers and build strategic partnerships.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify and analyze market potential and customer segments in the assigned country.
- Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and innovations in the textile industry.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
5. Client and Team Engagement:
- Foster strong communication and relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales and production integration.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven sales and production experience in the Textile Processing industry.
- Strong understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances (Vietnam, Europe, Mexico, Honduras).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
Additional Requirements
- Mexico/Honduras Position: In-depth knowledge of both markets is highly preferred.
- Vietnam Position: Strong familiarity with Vietnam's market, customer needs, and business practices.
- Europe Position: Extensive experience targeting textile hubs in Spain, Italy, Germany, or Switzerland.
