Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects including construction, maintenance, and renovation.
   • Ensure all projects adhere to government regulations and company standards.

2. Site Supervision:

   • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved plans and schedules.
   • Conduct quality inspections to ensure the work complies with technical specifications.

3. Budget and Cost Control:

   • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
   • Prepare estimates and assess resource requirements.

4. Team Coordination:

   • Lead and coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution.
   • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Expertise in project planning tools like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of construction standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (optional but preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant tools like MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Candidates with prior experience in leading teams or handling multiple projects will be preferred.
