- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Track and manage leads effectively within the CRM system to boost conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Update client data accurately and on time while generating insightful performance reports.
- Communicate property updates and offers to clients through email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Regularly maintain and update the CRM database, adding new client details, property transactions, and other essential information.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide an excellent client experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and systems.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of property markets and customer relationship management best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of real estate is an added advantage.
