Key Responsibilities
- Study project inputs and identify discrepancies, reporting them to the Lead Engineer with detailed explanations.
- Prepare design calculations according to project specifications, codes, and design guidelines.
- Create connection designs and sketches for given loads.
- Verify engineering drawings to ensure correct interpretation of design details.
- Develop spreadsheets for repetitive calculations and validate them with manual computations.
- Propose alternative, cost-effective technical solutions and recommend suitable construction materials.
- Supervise construction and fabrication activities through random site/yard visits and document observations.

- Accuracy and quality of design calculations and outputs.

Position Specifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of design experience.
- Knowledge of fabrication and erection activities.

- Spreadsheet development and manual calculation validation.
