Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager with:
- Plant operations.
- Achieving production targets and maintaining operational efficiencies.
- Reviewing processes and operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Quality control.
- Maintaining a clean and safe plant environment.
- Implementing Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Training and motivating staff.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in chlorination, organic pigments, or the green pigments/organic chemical industry.
- Senior Chemists with extensive experience in Green Pigments/Phthalocyanine Pigments Plants can also apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
- Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
- A leading manufacturer of Phthalocyanine pigments with a global presence.
- The company began operations in 1995 and currently manufactures over 500 tons/month.
- The newly established plant in Alwar will produce 1100 tons/month of pigments.
- Exports account for over 60% of sales, with a focus on building long-term supplier relationships.
