Responsibilities and Duties
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Experience in selling biological products such as animal feed additives, bio or chemical solutions for wastewater treatment, aquaculture, or bulk strains of bacteria in international markets.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, export documentation, and compliance is preferred.
- Exposure to freight, customs, and logistics handling will be an added advantage.
- Identify target markets and potential customers across the globe.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global customers, distributors, and partners.
- Establish new business relationships with aquaculture farms, animal feed manufacturers, waste management organizations, and related stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries.
3. Product Promotion & Sales Negotiations:
- Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and competitive advantages of the solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
4. Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new markets and opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and market demands.
5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets and growth objectives are met.
6. Customer Support & After-Sales Services:
- Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues, product-related concerns, and post-sales activities.

- MBA preferred
