We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in unitized facade systems for high-rise structures. The ideal candidate should be skilled at coordinating across multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a professional who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

Project Management & Coordination:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of facade projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Projects and Primavera.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Stakeholder Communication & Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, consultants, and internal departments.
• Attend and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress.
• Prepare and deliver project presentations using PowerPoint.

Technical & Documentation Management:

• Review and manage contracts, shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, billing, variations, and additions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation and approvals.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to assess progress and address any technical concerns.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to industry safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with safety and quality teams to implement best practices across all project phases.
• Monitor and enforce safety measures at project sites to prevent hazards.

Internal Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, procurement, production, and site execution teams to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
• Facilitate timely decision-making and coordination across various departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in unitized facade systems and high-rise structures.
• Technical proficiency in MS Projects, Primavera, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English (both written and verbal), with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present technical concepts effectively to clients, architects, and consultants.
• Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and industry best practices.
