- Hire and manage skilled construction teams, engineers, supervisors, and contractors for project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project progression.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction with a strong background in Mivan Formwork.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹90,000 - ₹1,10,000 per month.
