preparation of cost to complete

cost comparison statement (Planned vs. Actual)
Ø Reconciliation (quantities & material) of major
items.

all the changes to the scope is recorded and amendments are made for approvals.
Ø Preparation
of BOQ, floating enquires, vendor finalisation, scope finalization.
Ø Quantity estimation.
