Tendering & Business Development (Electricity Boards)

Registration & Vendor Empanelment: 

 • Handle vendor registration, enlistment, and empanelment processes with Electricity Boards and Power Utilities in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan. 

• Maintain and update all registration documents, statutory records, certifications, and compliance requirements. 

 • Coordinate with departments for timely submission and renewal of registrations.  Tendering Activities:  

• Identify and track upcoming tenders related to Electrical, Transmission, Substation, EPC, and Infrastructure sectors.  

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within timelines. 

 • Coordinate with internal teams for costing, documentation, BOQ analysis, and bid preparation. 

 • Attend pre-bid meetings and manage tender clarifications.  Liaisoning & Relationship Management:  

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with officials of Electricity Boards, DISCOMs, TRANSCOs, and government authorities. 

 • Coordinate for approvals, documentation, inspections, and project follow-ups.  

• Support management during commercial discussions and negotiations.  Business Development:  

• Explore new opportunities in Power Distribution, Transmission, Substation, Electrification, and EPC projects. 

 • Generate leads and identify upcoming projects and market opportunities.

  • Support business expansion across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.  

Candidate should be stationed in Gujarat, local to Gujarat. 

• Prior exposure to DISCOMs, TRANSCOs, Electricity Boards, or EPC companies preferred. 

 • Strong network with Electricity Board officials will be an advantage.  

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.  

Strong understanding of Government Tendering processes  

• Experience in Electricity Board registrations and liaisoning  

• Knowledge of Electrical / Transmission / Substation projects  

• Familiarity with GeM and e-Procurement portals

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills  • Willingness to travel extensively
