Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in developing technical solutions for curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, louvers, and cladding systems.
- Modify and revise drawings based on consultant comments, internal reviews, and client requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and project documentation.
- Prepare accurate material take-offs from approved project drawings.
- Generate quantity schedules for aluminium profiles, glass, steel components, hardware, gaskets, sealants, and accessories.
- Update material quantities and schedules following design changes and revisions.
- Support project material planning and procurement activities.
- Maintain quantity tracking sheets and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with Senior Façade Designers and Team Leaders to ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in internal design review meetings and technical discussions.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues and technical queries.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
- Support project documentation and submission requirements.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, design submissions, and project records.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
