Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify, target, and acquire new international clients across multiple regions.
- Promote Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and RPO solutions.
- Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy international sales pipeline.
- Create and execute business development strategies to expand global market presence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements, business challenges, and workforce needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients to recruitment and delivery teams.
- Drive repeat business and account growth opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, MSAs, and NDAs.
- Lead contract discussions and successfully close business deals.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and compliance.
- Ensure profitability and commercial viability of all client engagements.
- Research global recruitment trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
- Identify emerging industries and target markets for expansion.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new geographies and service offerings.

- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams.

- Strong experience in international B2B sales within Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or RPO services.

- Knowledge of contract negotiation, SLAs, MSAs, and compliance processes.
