Experience

Primary Responsibilities :
Proposal Preparation
Analyze client inquiries, tender documents, technical specifications, and RFQs to understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive proposals.
Process Design & Engineering
Perform process design and equipment sizing for:
Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
MBBR Systems
Ultrafiltration (UF)
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and layout concepts.
Select suitable treatment technologies based on customer requirements.
Cost Estimation
Prepare detailed project cost estimates and techno-commercial offers.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical information.
Optimize project costs while maintaining technical compliance.
Coordination
Work closely with the Sales, Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.
Coordinate with clients for technical clarifications and proposal discussions.
Support the sales team during technical presentations and bid evaluations.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proposal documentation and engineering records.
Ensure proposals comply with client specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.
Support continuous improvement in proposal preparation processes.
