Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production. Plan and prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency and presentation. Supervise and guide kitchen staff and allocate daily responsibilities. Ensure proper food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Monitor inventory, kitchen supplies, and minimize food wastage. Maintain standard recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation procedures. Coordinate with management regarding menus, requirements, and kitchen operations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
