Requirements Education: ITI in a mechanical trade or Diploma in a mechanical-related field, from a recognized institution Experience: 1-4 years in mechanical assembly or fitting work Experience in robotics, automation, material handling systems, or heavy machinery preferred Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly instructions Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) Knowledge of fitting operations including alignment, drilling, tapping, and bolting Physically fit for site work and able to handle manual tasks Good attention to detail and safety awareness Travel: Required for site installation and service work at customer locations. Base location remains Bengaluru, and all travel expenses are borne by the company.

Primary Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of robotic systems and sub-assemblies as per technical drawings Fit and align components including gears, bearings, shafts, motors, and structural frames Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for assembly and fitting operations Assist in site installation, commissioning, and testing of robotic systems at customer locations Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical assemblies Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper condition
