Primary Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment. Troubleshoot audio, video, display, and video conferencing systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipment. Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with clients during site visits and service activities. Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions. Prepare basic service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation. Ensure AV systems are functioning properly and meet operational requirements.
