Senior Manager / Business Head

Business Growth & Development Drive overall business growth and achieve organizational revenue targets. Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base. Identify potential clients and maintain strong business relationships. Develop strategies to increase business performance and market presence. Monitor targets and ensure timely achievement. Team Management & Leadership Lead, manage, and motivate the business development/team members. Set team targets, monitor performance, and drive productivity. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Ensure effective coordination and smooth day-to-day team operations. Client Management Handle key clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions. Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and client communications. Resolve client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation & Process Management Oversee business documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational requirements. Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution of business activities.

Graduate or postgraduate with a Finance background. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fund/loan business development, or related fields. Strong financial knowledge and business understanding. Excellent business development and client-handling skills. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Good negotiation and decision-making skills. Strong documentation and process-management skills. Target-oriented and commercially focused approach. 7. Preferred Skills Experience in funding, loans, financial services, lending, or related businesses. Proven track record of achieving business targets. Experience managing a sales/business development team. Strong client acquisition and relationship-management experience.
