Tandoor Chef / Tandoor Section

 Prepare various tandoori breads, kebabs, tikka and grilled preparations.  Operate and maintain the tandoor safely.  Ensure proper cooking temperature and technique.  Maintain consistent quality and presentation.  Prepare daily mise-en-place.  Support restaurant, banquet and wedding operations.  Work efficiently during high-volume service.  Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards.  Coordinate with the Indian kitchen and culinary leadership.

 Relevant professional Tandoor experience.  Strong knowledge of Indian Tandoor cuisine.  Experience in hotels, restaurants, banquet or catering operations preferred.  Ability to work in a high-volume environment.  Strong focus on consistency, hygiene and presentation.
